Psych Rehab Services (PRP)

Maryland Health Alliance’s (MHA) PRP services are managed by mental
health professionals committed to improving the emotional health and
well-being of the communities it supports, based on individual and
specific health needs. We provide a wide-range of psych rehab
services to individuals with mental illnesses that provide the
education, support, and assistance with basic independent life and
community living skills.

Serving both children (ages 5-17) and adults (ages 18 and up) with a
mental diagnosis, MHA’s PRP service areas include:

Individuals with a mental health diagnosis, ages 5 and
up, who live throughout the Metropolitan
Baltimore-Washington area — in both individual and group

Once a completed referral is made, you will be
contacted for an initial intake assessment to
determine the appropriate psychiatric rehabilitation
services. When the intake is complete, a treatment
plan will be completed and PRP services will begin
with an assigned PRP Counselor.​

Clients are seen 3-6 times monthly for 30-45 minute
sessions, based on age and assessed needs.
